About iCAR3
iCAR3 is a license-plate communication service operated by Bedros Technologies, Inc. Drivers use iCAR3 to receive alerts about issues such as headlights left on, a flat tire, a blocked driveway, towing, or another vehicle safety concern—without displaying or sharing their phone number.
