Where every car has a voice
iCAR3 is a license-plate and QR-based vehicle communication service operated by Bedros Technologies, Inc., a C-Corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware, USA.
Anyone can enter a vehicle license plate on icar3.com or scan an iCAR3 QR sticker on a vehicle to send the driver a private message — for example, "your headlights are on," "your tire is flat," "you're blocking my driveway," or towing and safety alerts. Registered drivers receive notifications by push, SMS, WhatsApp, or email based on the channels they enable, and can reply without exposing their phone number.
SMS consent is optional and is NOT a condition of creating an account, of any purchase, or of using the iCAR3 service. You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages in order to use our service or complete any transaction. You may use iCAR3 with in-app push notifications, email, or by signing in to your inbox instead.
Vehicle owners create an iCAR3 account, register their license plate, and provide a mobile number. During sign-up on icar3.com/auth, SMS notifications are presented as a separate, unchecked optional checkbox — the account is created whether or not the user checks it. Users may also enable or disable SMS at any time from their Profile page.
